Agbakofe Community Bids Farewell to Beloved Leader
The Agbakofe community is mourning the loss of Awafia Togbe Adzomani IV, Dufia of Agbakofe, who has left an indelible mark on the Agave Traditional Area. According to Comrade Mawutor Agbavitor, Volta Regional Chairman of the NDC, the late Togbe was a true custodian of tradition, whose leadership, wisdom, and dedication to his people will be deeply missed.
Comrade Agbavitor joined family, friends, and community members to bid farewell to the departed leader, praising his contributions to the community. The event was attended by colleague executives from the Volta NDC Secretariat, highlighting the respect and admiration for the late Togbe.
The late Togbe’s reign brought dignity and unity to the Agave Traditional Area, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to guide the land. His commitment to the well-being of his people is a testament to his selfless service.
According to Comrade Agbavitor, the community is in a state of shock, but they take solace in the knowledge that the late Togbe’s legacy will live on. “In this moment of loss, we stand in solidarity with the bereaved family and the entire community. May his soul rest in perfect peace,” he said.
The Agave Traditional Area has lost a true son, and his passing is a reminder of the importance of preserving our cultural heritage. As the community mourns, they are also reflecting on the late Togbe’s contributions and the impact he had on their lives.
