Yesterday, we focused on Accelerating Care. Today, let’s tackle Supplication for the Saints – an essential discipline for 2026. Why? Because God’s Word commands us to pray for one another (1 Thessalonians 5:25 WEB).

Supplication for the Saints means praying fervently and persistently for fellow believers – for their walk with God, protection, needs, and growth. It’s about interceding like Jesus does for us (Romans 8:34 WEB).

This is what is commonly called intercession or the work of intercessions – being our neighbour’s watcher, taking people’s burdens upon ourselves through prayer till there’s a change.

This is the work of every believer! Not just a special group, but YOU. Not all problems can be solved by love and care; money can’t buy all things. But by the Spirit of the Lord, breakthroughs come.

In 2026, ask God to help you make supplication for the saints a priority. Pray for those around you like Paul prayed for the churches (Ephesians 1:15-19 WEB).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me pray for Your people in 2026. Let my prayers reflect Your heart for the saints. Amen.
