Justin Kodua Slams Adentan Court Remand Of Opponents
General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party Justin Frimpong Kodua has expressed concern over the handling of remand cases in Accra, saying it is troubling that many cases involving persons perceived as government opponents are reportedly sent to the Adentan Circuit Court for remand proceedings.
Kodua said the pattern raises questions about fairness and public confidence in the justice delivery system, especially when politically sensitive cases are concentrated in one court. He called for transparency in case assignment to ensure that justice is not only done but seen to be done across all circuit courts in Greater Accra.
