The latest Global InfoAnalytics poll on potential National Democratic Congress flagbearers for the 2028 presidential election has placed Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson in the lead with 32 percent support, positioning him as the early frontrunner in the succession contest.

The survey shows National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia following with 23 percent, while former Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu records 5 percent, with Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang and Chief of Staff Julius Debrah polling 4 percent each, indicating a highly competitive but stratified field.
