The newly promoted side will welcome record league champions Asante Kotoko in a high-profile fixture that is expected to draw significant interest from football fans across the country.
Another notable Matchday One encounter will see fellow newcomers Port City FC host FC AshantiGold 04 in the first-ever top-flight meeting between the two promoted clubs, with both sides aiming to make a winning start to life in the Premier League.

In Kpando, Heart of Lions will face a stern challenge against two-time league champions Aduana FC in another standout fixture of the opening round.
