Impermeable to Darkness

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of
the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” — Luke 10:19 KJV

God did not call you to be tolerant of darkness; He called you to be impermeable to darkness.
That means evil workings and forces have no point of entry into your life. You become so robust
and rugged in the Spirit that nothing unclean can attach itself to you. Darkness does not negotiate
with you; it flees from you.

You become impermeable by feasting on the Word. Not just reading the Word, but masticating it,
chewing it until it becomes part of your flesh and blood. When the Word dwells in you richly, your
soul and body become acidic to every evil place and altar. The same power by which the Word
became flesh begins to radiate from you. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God” — John 1:1 KJV. That Word lives in you, and darkness cannot
comprehend it.

When you carry this Word, whoever calls you for evil shall by himself fall. The altar that is raised
against you will not stand, because you are not ordinary. You are a carrier of incorruptible seed.
“Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” — 1 John 4:4 KJV. You are not praying
for protection from a distance; you are walking in the protection that is your nature.

So deal with every fear of darkness by confident faith in the Word. Fear has no place in a man
who is full of the Word. Walk in life in absolute mastery. You do not beg darkness to leave you
alone; you command it to flee. You are the light, and light does not fear darkness.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your Word that makes me impermeable to darkness. I feast on Your Word
until it becomes my nature. Let Your power radiate in me, and let every evil work against me fall
to the ground. I walk in absolute mastery, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
