NDC General Secretary Fifi Kwetey has said party Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia has earned the right to contest for president.
According to Fifi Kwetey, Asiedu Nketia’s long service, sacrifice and contribution to the NDC and to Ghana’s democracy have earned him the right to put himself forward for the highest office.
The comment has sparked fresh debate within the NDC over leadership, succession and who should lead the party into the next presidential election.
