No One Must Feel Left Behind In Volta NDC
Hon. Dr. Stanley Nelvis Glate Addressing The Press After Successful Vetting

According to him, unity can only be achieved when every stakeholder feels valued. “No MP, MMDCE, Regional Executive, appointee, party activist or grassroots supporter must ever feel disrespected,” Dr. Glate stated. He stressed that from Members of Parliament to branch executives, everyone has a role to play in building a stronger Volta NDC, and no one should be made to feel irrelevant.
“We shall reposition Volta NDC with fresh ideas for newer and better results,” he told journalists. Dr. Glate explained that his campaign theme, “A Fresh Drive for Volta NDC,” is not just a slogan but a commitment to introduce competent administration, accountability, and a responsive Secretariat that goes beyond routine paperwork to become a dependable institution for all members.
He further emphasised inclusion as the foundation of his leadership. “No one must feel left behind,” he declared, adding that his administration will ensure that every constituency receives attention and every activist has a meaningful voice in regional affairs.
The Volta Regional Secretary position became vacant following the appointment of former Secretary James Gunu as Volta Regional Minister. Dr. Glate, a former Ho Central Constituency Secretary (2009-2019), first Volta Regional TEIN President (2006-2010) and Volta Regional President of Lecturers for Mahama in 2024, is contesting alongside other aspirants ahead of the November 14-15, 2026 elections.
