The cleric explained that his ambition to convene a pastoral conference amid fiscal scarcity compelled him to solicit assistance from a parishioner.
According to Channel One TV, Bishop Titi-Ofei negotiated a short-term facility with a ten percent monthly premium, earmarking a portion for a half-page monochrome advertisement in a national daily to publicize the gathering. He further allocated resources toward computing hardware, borrowed peripherals, and essential stationery to operationalize the event. The conference, convened in early February, generated returns that surpassed the principal and interest obligations.
According to Channel One TV, after discharging the debt with the agreed increment, the preacher realized surplus proceeds that became the cornerstone for what would evolve into a chartered tertiary institution.
