Dealing Wisely

“My servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.” — Isaiah
52:13 KJV

To deal wisely is to live with sense, skill, and spiritual understanding. It is not just about working
hard, it is about handling matters with wisdom. God exalts those who deal wisely.Dealing wisely
means you understand timing. You know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. “To every
thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” — Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV.
Wisdom knows the season.

Dealing wisely means you understand people. You do not react to every word, you respond with
grace. You guard your mouth, you keep your heart, you walk in peace. “He that handleth a matter
wisely shall find good” — Proverbs 16:20 KJV. Wisdom finds good even in difficult matters.

Dealing wisely means you understand God’s ways. You do not lean on your own understanding,
you acknowledge Him in all your ways and He directs your paths. “Wisdom is the principal thing;
therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding” — Proverbs 4:7 KJV.

When you deal wisely, you will be exalted. Promotion is God’s answer to prudence. Lifting is God’s
response to wise dealing.We deal wisely by the Spirit. “And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon
him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding” — Isaiah 11:2 KJV. When you are filled with the
Holy Spirit, He is the Spirit of wisdom upon you. He teaches you to deal prudently and to walk in
favour and lifting.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for giving me Your wisdom. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, the Spirit of wisdom
and understanding. Teach me to deal wisely in every matter, to walk in Your timing, and to be
exalted by Your hand. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
