Message to NDC Faithfuls in Tamale, North East, Upper East, Savannah, Bono, and Upper West

From Dr. Edem Segbefia

Comrades and fellow patriots,

Greetings to you all across Tamale, North East, Upper East, Savannah, Bono, and Upper West. Your strength, discipline, and loyalty have always been the backbone of our party in the north and beyond.

As we move forward, I urge you to stay firm and *remain loyal* to the ideals and vision of the NDC. The work we started must not be derailed by division or distraction.

This is the time to *support the reset agenda* fully. It is our collective roadmap to rebuild, reorganize, and deliver the change Ghanaians are expecting. The agenda will only succeed if we all own it at the branch, constituency, and regional levels.

Let us be *each other’s keepers*. Look out for one another, settle differences internally with respect, and lift each other up. A house that fights itself cannot stand.

To our *appointees at all levels*: remember that your positions are because of the grassroots. Go back, engage, listen, and support the base that worked to bring us here. The party grows stronger when appointees and grassroots move together.

To the *executives*: you carry the mandate to lead and coordinate. Lead with fairness, transparency, and unity. Let us allow our executives to *enjoy the power and space to work* without unnecessary sabotage, so they can deliver for the party and the people.

And to everyone, let us *support our appointees*. Constructive feedback is welcome, but open undermining weakens us all. When they succeed, the party succeeds.

Comrades, our task is clear: *work for the party, work for the people*. The north has always shown the way in discipline and commitment. Let’s lead again by showing unity, purpose, and action.

Forward ever, backward never.

Solidarity!
