The Ministry of Finance has approved the payment of 10 months’ arrears owed to Judicial Service staff and members of the Lower Court Bench.
The arrears will be paid in two phases, covering January to May in November and June to October in December 2026.
Judicial Service staff and Lower Court Bench members will therefore receive their outstanding arrears in November and December, bringing relief after 10 months of waiting.
