Dumelo Rolls Out Free Bus Service

The Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Hon. John Dumelo, has launched a free bus service for commuters traveling from Okponglo and Shiashie to Lapaz, aiming to alleviate transportation challenges in Accra. The initiative is part of his efforts to address the city’s growing traffic woes.

According to reports, the free bus service is expected to benefit numerous residents who rely on public transportation daily. The routes covered by the service include Okponglo to Lapaz and Shiashie to Lapaz, with buses running at regular intervals to ensure convenient travel.

The move has been welcomed by commuters, who often struggle with long queues and exorbitant fares. The bus service is expected to provide relief to residents, especially during peak hours when traffic congestion is at its worst.
