Mahama’s First Year: A 75% Promise Fulfilled

 

 

Ho, Volta Region – Hon. Raphael Worlasi Dogbey, Assembly Member of Klefe Electoral Area, has praised President John Dramani Mahama for delivering on 75% of his promises, echoing the sentiments of Hon. Dr. Robert Kofi Doh, Prominent Member of the Ho Central Constituency NDC.

 

In a statement marking the first anniversary of President Mahama’s presidency, Hon. Dr. Doh expressed gratitude to Ghanaians for entrusting the NDC with power, highlighting the party’s commitment to development, probity, and accountability. He cited significant strides in rebuilding the economy, revitalizing agriculture, and promoting private sector growth, including transformative infrastructure projects and improved agricultural productivity.

 

The NDC marked the occasion with a thanksgiving service held at the Forecourt of the Flagstaff House on January 7, 2026, at 8am. Hon. Dogbey’s endorsement of the President’s performance adds to the growing chorus of voices acknowledging the NDC government’s achievements. “President Mahama has done very well,” Dogbey said, estimating that the President has fulfilled 75% of his promises.

 

As Ghana looks to the future, the NDC remains committed to addressing poverty, economic and social injustice, and empowering the youth to drive progress. “The future is bright, and it is yours to shape,” Hon. Dr. Doh said, urging Ghanaians to stand united in pursuit of a better Ghana.
