Rejoice Always
“Rejoice in the Lord always: again I say, Rejoice.” – Philippians 4:4 KJV
Rejoicing always means joying over repeatedly in all things, despite circumstances.
It’s a deliberate choice to focus on God’s goodness, love, and power, even when
situations seem tough or uncertain. This kind of joy isn’t a one-time feeling; it’s a continuous, intentional response to God’s presence in your life.
“Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am,
therewith to be content” (Philippians 4:11 KJV). Paul’s contentment and joy came
from knowing God and trusting His sovereignty. He joyed over repeatedly in God’s faithfulness, goodness, and promises.
When you rejoice always, you’ll experience a deep-seated joy that’s not shaken by circumstances. You’ll find strength in God’s presence, peace in His promises, and
hope in His plans. Your focus on God will fuel your joy, and you’ll impact others with
His love.
Choose joy, and let it be your strength. Focus on God, and rejoice in His goodness.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me rejoice in You always. Fill me with Your joy, and keep my
focus on You. Amen.
