Speaker of Parliament Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has assured the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) of Parliament’s readiness to partner the Association in drafting a Private Member’s Bill aimed at improving the working conditions of journalists in the country.
Mr Bagbin gave the assurance in Parliament House on Tuesday when the National Executive of the GJA paid a courtesy call on him to formally invite him as Special Guest of Honour to the 30th GJA Media Awards, scheduled for November 7, 2026.
