The Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) has notified the National Labour Commission of its intention to embark on industrial action over delays by the government in addressing its demands for a review of salaries and related allowances for 2026.
The Association says the move follows prolonged delays in addressing its demands, despite several engagements with the relevant authorities. JUSAG is therefore asking the government to act swiftly to prevent any disruption to judicial services across the country.
