Faithfulness in Service

“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” – 1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB

Yesterday, we focused on Corporate Meetings. Today, let’s tackle Faithfulness in Service – an essential discipline for 2026. Why? Because God expects us to be faithful stewards of what He’s given us (1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB).

Faithfulness and loyalty are like two peas in a pod – they go hand in a hand. It’s about being reliable, trustworthy, and committed in the tasks and roles God has given you. Here are some types of faithfulness:

– Faithfulness to Your Ministry Calling: Stay true to what God has called you to do.

– Faithfulness to a Master (Father in the Lord): Respect and obey those God has put over you.

– Faithfulness to a Course (Mission): Stick to the mission God has given you.

– Faithfulness to a Vision (Church Ministry): Commit to the vision of your church.

– Faithfulness to a Profession (Workplace): Do your best in your job.

– Faithfulness to a Friend (Relationship): Be loyal and supportive to friends – even when they’re the ones who’ve hurt you, like in cases of frauds and loved ones. When your heart is dissected, there shouldn’t be any spec of ulterior motive in there, be pure, genuine and sincere.

In 2026, ask God to help you be faithful in these areas. Serve with excellence and consistency, like Jesus (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me be faithful in all areas of my life in 2026. Let my actions reflect Your glory. Amen.
