Sarkodie Makes Niger Move with Sahel Sporting Club

 

 

Ghanaian defensive midfielder Emmanuel Sarkodie has completed a permanent move to Niger’s Sahel Sporting Club, marking a new chapter in his football career. Sarkodie, who has previously played for Asante Kotoko, Vision FC, and PAC Academy, is set to bring his skills to the Niger topflight.

 

According to Ghana Sports News, Sarkodie’s move to Sahel Sporting Club is a major coup for the Niger-based club, which is looking to strengthen its squad for the upcoming season. Sarkodie, known for his leadership skills, has previously captained division one side Nkoranza Warriors and has played for several Ghanaian clubs, including Asante Kotoko and King Faisal {{IE_0}}¹{{/IE_0}} {{IE_1}}²{{/IE_1}}.

 

Sarkodie’s experience playing in the Ghana Premier League will undoubtedly be an asset to Sahel Sporting Club. He joins the club as a free agent, having last played for Kenpong Football Academy.

 

The midfielder’s move to Niger comes as a surprise to many, given his previous form in Ghana. However, Sarkodie is expected to make an immediate impact in the Niger topflight.
