Unity and Tradition Mark Easter in Akatsi North

The Easter season has brought a palpable sense of connection and community spirit to Akatsi North, as vibrant communities came together to celebrate the holiday. Hon. Bless Kojo Katamani, DCE of Akatsi North, alongside Hon. Peter Nortsu-Kotoe, Member of Parliament, and the NDC Constituency Executive, partook in the festivities, responding to invitations from local communities to join in traditional celebrations.
The delegation’s itinerary took them to Wukpe, Kpeduhoe, Ave-Dzadzefe, Ave-Xevi, and Wuata Eklokofe, where they were treated to displays of cultural heritage and warm hospitality. In Ave-Dzadzefe, they witnessed the rich traditions of Agbezorliza and commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Paramount Chief of the Dzadzefe Traditional Area, a milestone underscoring enduring leadership and tradition.
