Ofori-Atta’s Lawyer Faces EOCO Over PDS Deal

 

Justice Minkah-Premo, lawyer for former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, is set to appear before the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) today, May 6, 2026, in connection with the PDS deal. According to #JoyNews, the meeting is expected to take place at 9 am.

 

The PDS deal has been a subject of controversy, with allegations of corruption and abuse of office surrounding the transaction. Ofori-Atta’s involvement in the deal has been under scrutiny, and his recent release from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody has added to the complexity of the case ¹ ² ³.
