
Former Health Minister Kwaku Agyemang Manu is set to face criminal charges over the alleged mismanagement of COVID-19 funds, Government Communications Minister Felix Kwakye Ofosu has announced. The move is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to hold public officials accountable for their actions.
According to #3NewsGH, Kwakye Ofosu stated that the Attorney General’s office has assessed the evidence and identified cases warranting legal action. Security agencies have begun questioning suspects, and the Attorney General will not hesitate to take cases to court unless there is strong evidence of wrongdoing.
